HP Animal Husbandry Department Recruitment-2020 for the post of Animal Husbandry Attendant (Peon and Chowkidar in the Directorate). Department of Himachal Pradesh Animal Husbandry invited applications from desirous candidates on the prescribed performa for the post of Animal Husbandry Attendant (Peon and Chowkidar in the directorate) to be filled up against vacant posts available as well as newly opened dispensaries and upgraded hospitals in department on daily basis.

Essential Qualification: Candidate should be Matric pass or its equivalent form recognized board of School Education/Institution.

Age: Applicant should be between 18 to 45 years as on 01-01-2020. The upper age limit is relax-able by 05 years candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC

1.Merit of minimum educational qualification i.e. Matric pass, shall be calculated as under:
(Percentage of marks obtained in 10th standard will be calculated our of 85 marks. For example a candidate getting 50% marks in the Matric standard will be given =42.5 Marks

2. Evaluation of candidates to be made in the following manner:- (15)
i)Belonging to notified Backward Area or Panchayat =01 Marks
ii)Land less family/family having land less than 1 Hectare to be certified by Revenue Authority =02 Marks
iii)Non-employment Certificate to the effect that none of the family members is Government/Semi Government service. =2.5 Marks
iv)Hearing Handicapped persons with more than 40% impairment/disability/infirmity =01 Marks
v)NSS(at-least one year) certificate holders in NCC/The Bharat Scout and Guide/Medal Winner in National level Sports competitions =01 Marks
vi)BPL family having annual income (From all sources) Rs.40,000/-or as prescribed by Govt. from time to time. =2.5 Marks
vii)Window/Divorced/destitute/Single women=1.5 Marks
viii)Single daughter/orphan =01 Marks
ix)Experience up to a maximum of 5 years to in Govt./Semi-Govt. organisation relating to the post for(0.5 marks only for each completed year =2.5 Marks

Document to be attached with the application form:
i)Attested/Self attested copies of date of birth certificate, academic qualification certificate,, SC/OBC certificate and Bonafide Himachali Certificate.
ii)The application form should be filled in by the candidate in his/her handwriting with blue/black ink ball pen.
iii) The candidate must fulfill all the required essential educational and other qualifications on the last date fixed for the submissions/receipt of application forms.
iv) Incomplete application forms e.g. declaration not signed, without photo and enclosures not attached and columns not filled in or applications received after due date shall be rejected summarily without assigning any reason.
v) The validity of OBC Certificate is for one year from the date of its issuance. The candidates are required to furnish a valid certificate in support of his/her claim.
vi) Only Himachal Bonafide candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC will be eligible for the posts reserved for respective categories.
vii) Candidates should also attach one self addressed envelop of 9’’x4’’(inch) size along with Rs.6.0o postage stamp pasted on it with the application form.
ix) The originals certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.
