Educational Qualification of HP Panchayat Secretary Recruitment:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from any recognized Institution approved by the HP Government University/Board and the candidate should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English Type writing or 25 words per minute in Hindi Type-writing on Computer. OR
  • MBA in Rural Development from HP University, the candidates should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English Type-writing or 25 words per minute in Hindi Type-writing on Computer.
  • Should have knowledge of “Words Processing” in Computer as prescribed by Recruiting Authority.

Age Limit for HP Panchayat Secretary : Candidates age should be between 18 to 45 years.

Application Fee for Panchayat Secretary Recruitment : For General Category: Rs. 1200/- For Reserved Category : Rs. 600/-

Pay Scale for Panchayat Secretary : Rs. 5910-20200+1900 GP and After Two years 10300-34800+3200 GP. Salary for Contractual Appointees. Rs. 5910+1900GP= Rs. 7810/Pm

Selection Process :

Part-1 (Written test of 85 marks) :

The written Objective type Screening test consist of 85 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 85 marks. Each question will be of 1 marks. The skill test will be qualifying nature for those who qualify the written Objective type Screening Test.

Part -2 Skill Test of the Qualifying Nature :

Computer typing English 30 WPM or Hindi 25 WPM and Knowledge of Word Processing in Computer for who qualify written test.

Part-3 Evaluation of 15 Marks (Documentation):

Evaluation of 15 marks in respect of shortlisted candidates after qualifying written objective screening test and skill tests will be carried out as per the following criteria:-
