H.P. STATE CO-OPERATIVE MILK PRODUCERS’ FEDRATION LIMITED SHIMLA invited Applications on the prescribed format to fill up the 09 posts of Male Drivers on Daily Wages basis in the HP State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited.

Vacancy Detail : Total = 09 (Gen (UR)=03 , SC=02, OBC=01, ST=01, EWS=02)

Minimum Educational Qualification :

i) Should be a Matriculate or its equivalent from recognized Board of School Education/Institution.
ii) Must possess valid driving licence for plying of heavy vehicles in Hilly terrain.

Age Limit :

The age of candidate should be between 18 to 45 years as on 31.07.2020. Relaxation for 5 years in upper age limit for reserved category shall be given as per the instructions given by the H.P. Govt. from time to time.

Eligibility for recruitment:

A candidate shall be eligible for appointment as Driver to Class-ill post(s), if he has passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh: Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.

Processing Fee :

Processing fee of Rs.500/- UR categories and 250/- for reserved categories in the shape of DD drawn in favour of HP State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited, Totu, Shimla-11.

Mode of Selection:- Selection wi II be done strictly on the basis of following parameters:-

1. Marks secured in Driving Test	MM=30 Marks
2. Knowledge of Traffic Rules	MM=20 Marks
3. Merit of minimum educational Qualification i.e Metric pass, shall be calculated as under: – (Percentage of marks obtained in 10th standard will be calculated out of 40 marks). For example a candidate getting 50% marks in the Matric standard will be given =20 marks	MM=40 Marks
4. Higher qualification 10+2 and above = 01	MM=01 Marks
5. Evaluation of candidates to be made in the following manner:- i) Belonging to notified Backward Area of Panchyat.=01 marks ii) Land less family/family having land less than one hectare to be certified by concerned Revenue Authority. =02 marks iii) Non-employment Certificate to the effect that none of the family members is Government /Semi Government service issued by the competent authority i.e. Tehsildar.=2.5 marks iv) NSS (at-least one year)/certificate holders in NCC (A certificate holders) /The Bharat Scout and Guide/Medal winner in National level Sports competitions. =01 marks v. BPL family declared by the competent authority i.e. Tehsildar. =2.5 marks	MM=09 Marks
