Syllabus for the Post of Junior Office Assistant (Accounts) HPSEBL- HPSSC Hamirpur

The Written Objective type Screening test of two hours duration will consist of 170 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 85 marks. Each question will be of ½ marks.

Objective type screening test consisting of 170 Multiple Choice Questions from :-
i) Subject(s)/field(s) concerned prescribed as essential qualification(s) in the R&P Rules and as notified in the advertisement. =120 questions

ii) 50 Questions from following Topic :

1.General Knowledge.

2.General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh.

3.Current Affairs.

4.Everyday Science.

5.Logic.

6.Social Science.

7.General English of Matric standard.

8.General Hindi of Matric standard.

Educational Qualification for Junior Office Assistant (Accounts) HPSEBL – HPSSC Hamirpur

B.Com. from a recognized University.
Note :- Candidates having M.Com. qualification must have passed B.Com. at graduation level.

Desirable Qualification :

i) Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the State.
ii) Training and proficiency in use of accounting softwares like Talley/ SAP/ERP
