Process and Pattern for the Selection of Clerk

Maximum Marks : 100

Maximum Time : Two Hours

Process for Selection :

1. Eligibility Criteria (Basic qualification as per Advertisement)
2. Written Test.
3. Typing Test (English)
4. Interview.
5. Final Selection purely on the basis of merit.

Pattern for Written Test :

• General English :
  • Grammar : (Marks-10)
  • Comprehension : (Marks -10)
  • Translation (English to Hindi and Hindi to English) : (Marks-10)
  • Letter/Application writing. : (Marks-10)

• Reasoning and mental aptitude. : (Marks-20)
• General Awareness. : (Marks -20)
• Basix computer application. : (Marks-20)

Educational Qualification for the Post of Clerk :

10+2 from a recognized Board of School Education. A minimum typing speed of 30 word per minute in English. Knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel and word processing.
