प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा विभाग , उप निदेशक , प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा मंडी , जिला मंडी , हि.प्र. के कार्यालय में अनुबंध के आधार पर भाषा अध्यापक के पदों को भरने हेतु बैच आधार पर काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया दिनांक 07 जुलाई , 2023 को निर्धारित की गई है। जिला मंडी तथा अन्य जिलों से सबंधित पात्र अभ्यर्थियों को काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने हेतु 07 जुलाई , 2023 का दिन ही निर्धारित किया गया है। इस काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में वही अभ्यर्थी भाग ले सकता है जो भाषा अध्यापक भर्ती एवं पद्दोन्नती नियम 2013 नियमों के तहत निर्धारित योग्यता पूर्ण करता है।

Essential Qualification :

i) B.A. with Hindi as an elective subject and 2 years Diploma in elementary Education (By whatever name known) Or

B.A. with at least 50% marks with Hindi as an elective subject and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.) Or.

BA with at least 45% marks with Hindi as an elective subject and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. ed.) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms & Procedure( Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR

B.A. with at least 50% marks with Hindi as an elective subject and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.) special Education. Or

Prabhakar (Honour in Hindi) with 50% marks followed by B.A. Examination (English and one additional subject) with 50% marks from a recognized University and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) Or

M.A. (Hindi) with at least 50% marks from a recognized university and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) And

ii) Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET Language Teacher) duly conducted by H.P. Board of School education, Dharamshala, provided that the incumbents who have already qualified the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the H.P. Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur shall also be eligible subject to the condition as laid down in Para11 of the guidelines issued by the National Council for Teacher Education vide No. 76-4/2010/NCTE/Acad. Dated 11.2.2011

Note : Relaxation up to 5% will be allowed in minimum educational qualifications and also in minimum qualifying marks for TET to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/OBC/PH categories of Himachal Pradesh

अत : जो भी अभ्यर्थी काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग लेना चाहता है वह निर्धारित तिथि 7 जुलाई , 2023 को सुबह 11 बजे उप निदेशक , प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा मंडी , जिला मंडी , हि.प्र. के कार्यालय में आवेदन कर सकता है। माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा दिए गए दिशा निर्देशों के अनुसार अन्य जिलों से सबंधित प्रार्थी जिनका नाम सबंधित रोजगार कार्यालय में दर्ज है वह भी उक्त काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग ले सकते हैं। अभ्यर्थी अपने आवश्यक दस्तावेजों ,शैक्षणिक व व्यावसायिक योग्यता से सबंधित दस्तावेजों की मूल प्रति व सत्यापित प्रति एवं एक पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो सहित निर्धारित तिथि को उप निदेशक , प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा मंडी , जिला मंडी , हि.प्र. के कार्यालय में उपस्थित हो। आवेदन प्रपत्र अर्थात प्रार्थी बायोडाटा फार्म उक्त तिथि को कार्यालय में उपलब्ध होगा।

Required Documents :

Bio-Data form along with passport size photograph.
Employment registration card.
Category certificate (General category in case of Gen, EWS and SC/ST/OBC/WFF/BPL in case of reserved categories).
Himachal Bonafide.
Character Certificate.
All academic qualification certificates in ascending order (Matric, BA, MA and other etc)
Professional qualification certificate (D.El.Ed/B.Ed)
Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for Language Teacher to be conducted by an authority diisignated by the HP State Governement.

All certificates be arranged strictly in the above mentioned sequence .

All the essential certificates/ documents should be produced at the time of counselling and no document will be entertained after the date of counselling in any mode. The responsibility of non-production of any documents shall lie upon the candidate concerned .
