Jal Shakti Division Matiana District Shimla HP invited applications from eligible applicants for the recruitment to the post of Para Fitter, Para Pump Operator and Multipurpose workers purely on part tme/ hourly for operation and maintenance of Water Supply / Irrigation Schemes under Jal Shakti Division Matiana.

Essential Qualification : – HP IPH Recruitment 2021

Para Fitter :

The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th ) with ITI certificate in the trade of fitter from recognized ITI OR Matriculation (10th ) with certificate in above cited trade under skill Development Scheme of the Government. Experience of minimum six months in the related field of IPH/HPPWD/CPPWD/PSIs/ an outsourcing agency providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. The experience certificate should be signed by an officer of rank not less than Executive Engineer.

Para Pump Operator:

Candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with certificate in trade of electrician/wireman/diesel mechanic/Pump mechanic/motor mechanic/pump operator cum mechanic from a recognized ITI Or Matriculation with certificate in above cited trades under skill Development Scheme of the Government and experience minimum of six months in the related field of IPH/HPPWD/CPPWD/PSIs/ an outsourcing agency providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. The experience certificate should be signed by an officer of rank not less than Executive Engineer.

Multipurpose Worker :

The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle pass and its equivalent from School duly recognized by the state Government and experience minimum of six months in Govt. Semi Govt. Organization or and outsourcing agency providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. The experience certificate should be signed by an officer of rank not less than Executive Engineer.

Age Limit :

The age limit of candidates for all categories shall be between 18 to 45 years on day of advertising these posts.

Documents to be attached with Applications :

The self-attested copies of the following documents are required to be attached with the application form.

For Para Fitter And Para Pump Operator :

Bonafide Himachali Certificate.
Matriculation Certificate showing detail of marks obtained.
Relevant ITI/Skill Development Certificate.
Proof of Age.BPL Certificate (If Any)
Experience certificate as described above.

For Multipurpose Workers :

Bonafide Himachali Certificate.
Middle certificate showing detail of marks obtained.
Proof of age.
Experience certificate as described above.

Salary for Para Fitter, Para Pump Operator and Multipurpose Workers :

Terms and Conditions of Service :

The working hours for the incumbent shall be 6 hours per day.
A quarterly Self-reporting format (to be devised to the Jal Shakti Department) would be filled by the Para Fitter/ Para Pump Operator and submitted to the Junior Engineer concerned. Based on this at the end of every financial year, a consolidate report would be place (on a format to be devised by the Jal Shakti Vibhag) for the community certification of satisfactory work and conduct. This certificate shall be electronically sent to the concerned superintending Engineer for the record.
Unsatisfactory performance may result in termination of appointment by passing an order. The process of termination shall however not be completed unless at-least 3 notices have been served upon the incumbent on a specific charge and there has been no improvement in service delivery. The concerned Junior Engineer would have to substantially put down in written the reasons for such termination and this would have need to be need countersigned by concerned Assistant Engineer based on record/ technically reasons.
These post will remain honorarium based and will not form part of cadre post of the Department and therefore, will not confer any right on the appointees to claim regularization as per current policy of the Government.

Shimla HP on or before 05/08/2021. The application received after last date or found incomplete will be rejected. Separate call letters will be issued to the candidates after scrutiny of the application for skill test and physical test.
