Eligibility Criteria :

HR Consultant :

The person should be a Graduate with MBA/ MSW/ Post Graduate Diploma with Specialization in personnel/ HR or equivalent from recognized college/ university and should have worked for at least 20-25 years in the relevant field in Govt. /PSU/ Private sector. Preference shall be given to the persons who have worked in Power sector in HP.

Legal Consultant :

The person should be a Graduate with Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute should have worked for at least 20-25 years in the relevant field. Preference shall be given to the persons who have worked in Power sector in HP.

Age Limit :

HR Consultant	Should not be more than 62 years at the time of employment.
Legal Consultant	Should not be more than 62 years at the time of employment.
