Jal Shakti Division Dharamshala Para Cook And Para Helper Recruitment 2025 : Jal Shakti Division Dharamshala released notification for recruitment to the post of Para cook and Para helper in Jal Shakti Rest House Sidhwari and Jal Shakti Inspection Hut Kotwali Bazar Dharamshala vide which category wise roster has not implemented and some conditions are left out. The candidates who applied against earlier advertisement No. EE-JSV-DD-EA-II-Recruitment/2024:-10006-35 dated:-30.12.2024 need not apply again however they are required to submit the required documents if they wish to get the benefit.

Educational Qualifications :

Para Cook :

The candidate should have passed matriculation examination from School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. The condition of passing 10th from Himachali School shall not be applicable to Bonafide Himachali.

The candidate must possess degree/diploma in any trade from Government approved Hotel Management Institute/ Institute of Hotel Management or Food Production Institute or minimum 5 (Five) years experience in cooking/catering from any Government or private institution

Para Helper :

The candidate should have passed matriculation examination from the Board/University recognized by the H.P/Center Govt. The condition of passing from Himachali School shall not be applicable to Bonafide Himachali.

Eligibility :

Only such Candidates shall be eligible to apply for the post of Para Cook and Para Helper if they are :-

Citizen of India.
Bonafide Himachali.
Having sound Mind.
No family member of the candidate should be in any kind of Government/PSU/Board job.
Having never been involved in any act of criminal nature.
Medically fit to perform duties.
Permanent resident of the Jal Shakti Circle Dharamshala, District Kangra (HP).

Documents to be attached with the Application Form :

The self- attested copies of the following documents shall be submitted with the applications:-

Matriculation certificate showing detail marks obtained (in case the candidate does not submit detailed marks sheet, his/her application will be rejected).
Degree/diploma in any trade from Government approved Hotel Management Institute/institute of Hotel Management or Food Production Institute or minimum 5 (five) years experience in cooking/catering from any Government or private institution (applicable to Para Cook only.)
Bonafide Himachali certificate.
Non Employment Certificate regarding no family member of the candidates is employed in any kind of Government/PSU/Board job.
Valid Character Certificate issued by the competent authority.
BPL Certificate issued not later than six months (if applicable).
Experience certificate in the related field (if applicable).

Salary :

Para Cook	Rs. 9000/-PM
Para Helper	Rs. 5500/-PM

Selection Criteria :

The selection will be made purly on Merit basis. In teh selection process the marks will be awarded to the candidates out of 10 marks by the selection committee.

Para Cook and Para Helper	Marks
Percentage of marks obtained to be calculated out of 05 ( For example getting 50% marks in matric will be given 2.5 (Two and half)	05 Marks
BPL family having annual income as prescribed from time to time	01 Mark
Experience in related field	02 Marks
Skill test for Para cook and para Helper	02 Marks
Total	10 Marks

How To Apply :

The application should reach through by post or by hand in the office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division Dharamshala before 14.10.2025 upto 05.00 P.M. The application received after the due date or found incomplete will be rejected straight away without assigning any reason. The department will not be responsible for delay whatever in receipt of application due to any reason.
