In continuation to this office advertisement No. 17149-54 dated 31.01.2024 (Classified) applications from desirous Bona-fide Himachali candidates on prescribed Performa were invited for filling up 20 Nos. posts of various categories i.e. 06 Nos. of Para Pump Operator, 03 Nos. of Para Fitter and 11 Nos. of Multipurpose Workers. Now in accordance with post based reservation roster for SC, ST, OBC, E.W.S. and PWD categories, the applications are once again invited for filling up the avail- able posts under Jal Shakti Division Chauntra (offline Mode). Those who have applied against earlier ad-vertisement No. 17149-54 dated 31.01.2024 (Classified) need not apply again however, they are required to submit the required documents of SC/ST/OBC/EWS category and latest income certificate if they wish to get the benefit of reservation under SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD category. The applications /documents must reach this office i.e. The Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division Chauntra on any working day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM w.e.f. 25.07.2024 to 31.07.2024. Educational Qualifications :

Multipurpose Worker	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle pass (8) or its equivalent from school duly recognized by the state gov- ernment. The candidates who belong to EWS, schedule caste, Schedule tribe & other backward dasses category should submit their category certificate (SC/ST/OBC). Candidates can also submit their BPL certificates if they fall under this category.
Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation 10″) with ITI certificate in trade of Electrician/Wireman/Diesel Me- chanic/Pump Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator cum Me- chanic/Mechanic (Motor Vehicle)/ Pump Operation-cum-Mechanic/ Pump Operation and Maintenance from a recognized ITI OR Matric- ulation (10″) with certificate in above cited trade under skill Develop- ment Scheme of the Government/Income certificate and the candidates who belongs to schedule caste and other backward classes category should submit their category certificate (SC/OBC).
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10) with ITI Certificate in trade of Fitter/Plumber from recognized ITI, OR Matriculation (10%) with certificate in above cited trade under skill development scheme of the Government.

Age Limit :

-18 to 45 Years as on 25.07.2024

Documents to be attached with application forms:-

Attested/self attested copies of (i) Legitimate proof of age (ii) Proof of BPL family in case of BPL candidate issued not later than six months (iii) Proof of education and Technical qualification (iv) Certificate of Bonofide of Himachali (v) Certificate and experience (if any) of the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs issued by the competent authority OR Outsourcing agency providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag (vi) category certificate (SC/ST/OBC) (vii) EWS Certificate (viii) Income Certificate issued not older than six months. General Instructions:

It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short 1 listing/eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than that the numbers of post.
The merit list will be prepared based upon the documents submitted and the shortlisted candidates will have to undergo skill/physical Test. Candidates equal to 5 times the total No. of posts against each category will be shortlisted.
If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post, separate application for each post needs to be submitted.
The candidate will be called for Skill/Physical test separately.
The original certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.

Note:- Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attached detailed marks sheet of middle standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned Education Board the detailed marks certificate from the principal/ Head Master of the school needs to be attached. Evaluation criteria and short listing (if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the Middle stan- dard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.
