Minimum Qualifications :

The qualification shall be as per UGC (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and other Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education) Regulations, 2018 and their subsequent amendments from time to time/ AICTE norms 2019.

Salary :

The engagement of Guest Faculty is purely on lecture basis, with an honorarium of Rs. 1000/- per lecture, up to a maximum of Rs. 35,000/- per month.

General Instructions, Terms and Conditions: –

  1. The University reserves the right to change the number of vacancy (ies) in any department and also to withdraw partial or full Notification without assigning any reason.
  2. The engagement of Guest Faculty is purely on temporary basis and for a period of one semester only, which may be extended (if so required by the University) up to the end of academic session 2025-26.
  3. Candidates must ensure before applying that they are eligible according to the criteria stipulated. If the candidate is found ineligible at any stage, he/she will be disqualified and their candidature will be cancelled.
  4. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
  5. Changes in time and schedule of the Interview, if any, will be displayed only on the website of the University.
  6. The candidates must reach the University one hour prior to the schedule of the interview for document verification.
  7. Guest Faculties have no right for regularization, permanent absorption or position at any stage.
  8. Guest Faculties will not be treated like regular teachers for the purpose of voting right or for becoming the members of the various statutory bodies of the University.
  9. Superannuated teachers can be considered as Guest Faculty, but the age limit is 70 years.

Interested Candidates having eligibility as per UGC Regulations, 2018 and their subsequent amendments from time to time/ AICTE norms 2019 may report for walk-in-interview along with all relevant original certificates/documents, and application form. The applicants must bring updated Bio-data (or Curriculum Vitae), 02 passport size latest photographs, 02 sets of self-attested photocopies of the mark-sheets, certificates/degrees/ and other relevant documents with their application form and should reach the University at 10.00 am for document verification.
