Station HQ Yol Military Station Clerk, Manager And Other Posts Recruitment 2025 : Station Headquarters Yol Military Station invited applications from Ex-Servicemen/Widows/ Wards/ Dependents for recruitment various post at Station Canteen Dehra, Sarvatra Canteen Sarkaghat, Extension Counter Dharampur, Extension Counter Baldwara and Station Headquarters Yol for the year 2025-26.
Preferably a retired officer and applicant should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 15 Sep 2025.
CSD Clerk
A retired JCO/OR, Widow/Ward/Dependent, initial trade in case of ESM should be Clerk (SD) only with minimum 15 yrs of experience and minimum qualification of Matric Pass with Competence in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and accounts and should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 15 Sep 2025
AFD Clerk
Aretired JCO/OR, Experience of at least 15 yrs service, 10th pass, Competence in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 15 Sep 2025,
Storekeeper
Aretired JCO/OR, Experience of at least 15 yrs service, 10th pass and should not exceed 61 yrs of service as on 15 Sep 2025
Billing Clerk /Sales Attedant
A retired JCO/OR, Widow/Ward/Dependent, 10″ Pass, Competence in MS Word, Excel & Power Point, Preference will be given to Individual having experience in CSD, should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 15 Sep 2025
Watchman
, An Ex-servicemen with at least 15 yrs of service and should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 20 Sep 2025.
Widows/Wards/Dependents
Widows/Wards/Dependents should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 15 Sep 2025, However, candidates with lower age and higher qualification will be preferred, minimum qualification BA/10+2. The applicant having experience of Computer & Accounts will be given priority and will produce the certificates during screening test
The employment will be purely contractual in nature based on contract. The selected individual will undergo 89 days of initial probation from the dt of joining. If the individual is found fit for the appointment, the individual will be employed for 11 months and 25 days which includes 89 days probation period.
Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen/Widow/Wards/Dependents
Selection Process :
Written Test
50 Marks for 60 Minutes
Practical Test ( AAdequate Computer Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Accounts
50 Marks for 30 Minutes (including 20 Marks for interview
Written Test and Practical Exam will be conducted on 10 Sep 2025 at 11.00 A.M. Based on the merit of Written and Practical Exam selected candidates will be called for Final interview on 12 Sep 2025 at 11.00 A.M. It is compulsory to attach photostat copies of all documents with the application form. Candidates will produce all original documents at the time of interview.
