Essential Qualification :
Post at Sr. No. 1 to 8, 10 and 11 (Agriculture Faculty)
M.Sc /M. Tech/MBA having qualified NET from UGC/ CSIR, ICAR or similar test accredited by UGC in the concerned discipline.
Post at Sr. No. 9. (Basic Sciences Faculty) :
At least 55% marks at the Master’s Degree level in relevant subject from and Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. The candidate must have cleared the NET conducted by the UGC, CSIR, ICAR or similar test accredited by the UGC.
Home Science :
M.sc. / M. Tech having qualified NET from UGC / CSIR, ICAR or similar test accredited by UGC in concerned discipline.
Veterinary Faculty :
- B.V.Sc/ B.V.Sc. & AH Degree, However in case of discipline of fisheries, the qualifications shall be B.Sc. (Biology / Fisheries) or Equivalent
- M.V.Sc. / M.F.Sc. / M.Sc. or its equivalent master’s degree in the concerned subject.
- The candidate must be registered with the State Vety. Council/ Vety. Cuncil of India.
- Qualified the National Eligibility Test conducted by UGC / CSIR/ ICAR/ ASRB or similar test accredited by UGC.
Application Fee : Rs. 1480/- for un-reserved category and Rs. 370/- for reserved category in the shape of Bank Draft payable at State Bank of India, HPAU, Palampur drawn in favour of The Comptroller, CSKHPKV, Palampur HP. The female and PWD candidates of Himachal Pradesh are exempted from paying application fee.
