Office of the Deputy Commissioner Kullu invited applications on the prescribed format from the eligible candidates for the post of Aspirational Block Fellow for six month to One Year in Aspirational Block Nirmand:-

Educational Qualifications :

Post Graduate degree in any Discipline.
Proficient in presentation. data analysis and
Experience working or internship with a developmental organization.

Desirable Qualification:-

One years experience in the field of collection, compilation of Statistics data.
Preference will be given to those who have Master’s in Business Administration/ Rural Development/Community Development/ Statistics.
One year Diploma in Computer Application from recognized university/Institution.
Knowledge of the local language, culture and geographic conditions of the respective District.

Age Limit:

18 to 45 years as on 01-01-2024. The upper age limit is relax able by six years in case of candidats belonging to SCs, STs, OBCS, PwDs, Widows, Divorcee, Ex- Service man of Himachal Pradesh.

Application Fee:

Rs.500/-. The fee should be paid through of Demand Draft only in favour of Deputy Commissioner, Kullu payable at Punjab National Bank, Dhalpur Branch Kullu. The fee is non refundable.

How to apply:

(1) The candidate applying for the post must ensure that he/she fulfill all eligibility conditions as prescribed above against post. Incomplete/ineligible application will be rejected straight way and no correspondence will be entertained.

(2) The candidate will be required to submit application on the prescribed format as per Annexure-l along with demand draft and self attested photo copies of educational qualification to the District Planning Officer, Planning Cell DC office Kullu-175101 (Himachal Pradesh) on or before 05-03-2024.

(3) Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

Selection Procedure:-

(1) For the post of Aspirational Block Fellow:-

i) After the scrutiny of the applications, the eligible candidates will be short listed on the basis of the selection criteria and will be called for personal interview. If large number of applications are received, the recruitment Committee reserves the right to carry out a written screening test.

ii) Merit list for each post will be drawn as per the above criteria and the candidate will be selected on the basis of merit.
