Educational Qualification
Para Pump Operator
Applicants should have passed Matric (10th) and possess an ITI certificate in one of the relevant trades mentioned in the notification, including Electrician, Wireman, Diesel Mechanic, Pump Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, Pump Operator-cum-Mechanic, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Pump Operation-cum-Mechanic, or Pump Operation and Maintenance from a recognized ITI.

Skill Test for Para Pump Operator
The skill test for Para Pump Operator covers practical knowledge related to operation and maintenance of pumping machinery. Candidates may be assessed on areas such as minor pump repairs, identifying faults or damage, replacement of defective parts, testing pressure and leakage, pump installation and alignment, electrical faults, lubrication and cooling systems, and operation of regulating valves/control mechanisms.
Skill Test for Para Fitter
The Para Fitter skill assessment includes practical knowledge of water-supply pipelines, leakage repair, pipe fitting, cutting threads on pipes, fitting specials and basic operation and maintenance of village water-supply infrastructure.
Knowledge of tools used in pipe fitting and the ability to deal with grievances, complaints and conflict-resolution situations are also mentioned in the notification.
Physical Test
