DDEE Mandi JBT (Batchwise) Recruitment 2024
Deputy Director Elementary Education Mandi released recruitment notification for the post of JBT (Junior Basic Teacher) on contract basis through batchwise for dependents of ex-servicemen. The counseling process for filling up 28 posts of dependents of ex-servicemen on batchwise basis has benn scheduled on October, 15 and 16, 2024.

Educational Qualifications :
10+2 with 50% marks or senior secondary with 50% marks from a recognized Board of School Education and 2 years Junior Basic (JBT) Teacher’s Course/Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed.) from an institute affiliated to H.P. Board of School Education (HPBOSE)
OR
Sr. Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) / Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed.) (by whatever name known)
OR
Sr. Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) / Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed.) (by whatever name know), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulation, 2002 Sr. Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50%
OR
marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.)
OR
Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years diploma in Education (Special Education). Sr
OR Graduation & 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JBT)/Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed.) (by whatever name known)
OR
Post-Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B. Ed.-M. Ed.
AND
Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), to be conducted by the authority designated by the H.P. State Government provided that the candidates who are already qualified the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by HP Subordinate Service Selection Commission or HP Board of School Education Dharamshala shall also be eligible subject to the condition as laid down in Para-ll of the guidelines issued by the National Council for Teacher Education vide Notification Number 76-4/2010/NCTE/Acad, dated 11.02.2011.
Pay Scale:-
The Junior Basic Trained Teacher appointed on contract basis will be paid consolidated fixed contractual amount @ Rs. 17820/-P.M. (which shall be equal to 60% of the Level 8 Cell 1 @ Rs. 29700/-)
