Indian Nationals are invited in walk-in-interview for award of Research Associates (RA) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work at Defence Laboratory, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) , a material cluster laboratory of DRDO. Educational Qualifications :

Research Asscociate (Electronics)	Ph.D in Electronics OR having 03 (Three) years of Research, Teaching and Design & Development experience after ME/M.Tech in area related to Electronics with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal
Research Associate (Physics)	Ph.D. in Physics OR having 03 (Three) years of Research, Teaching and Design & Development experience after post graduate degree (M.Sc or equivalent) in area related to Physics with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal
Research Associate (Chemistry)	Ph.D. in Chemistry OR having 03 (Three) years of Research, Teaching and Design & Development experience after post graduate degree (M.Sc or equivalent) in area related to Chemistry with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal
Junior Research Fellow (Electronics)	Graduate degree in professional course (B.E./B. Tech.) in Electronics / Electronics & Communication in first division with NET/GATE qualification. OR Post graduate (M.E./M. Tech.) degrees in professional courses in Electronics / Electronics & Communication in first division both at graduate and post graduate level.
Junior Research Fellow (Chemistry/ Chemical/ Material Science)	Post graduate degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Chemistry with first division and National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification conducted by CSIR-UGC (NET), MHRD (GATE) or JEST. OR Material Graduate degree in professional course (B.E./B. Tech.) in Science) Chemical Engineering / Material Science/Polymer Science/ Industrial Chemistry/Nanotechnology in first division with NET/GATE qualification OR Post graduate in Professional course (M.E./M. Tech.) in Chemical Engineering /Material Science / Industrial Chemistry / Nanotechnology in first division, both at graduate and post graduate level.
Junior Research Fellow (Physics)	Post graduate degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Physics with first division and National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification conducted by CSIR-UGC (NET), MHRD (GATE) or JEST
Junior Research Fellow (Mechanical)	Graduate degree in professional course (B.E./B. Tech.) in Mechanical in first division with NET/GATE qualification. OR Post graduate (M.E./M. Tech.) degrees in professional courses in Mechanical in first division both at graduate and post graduate level.

Mode of selection

Walk-in-interview at Defence Laboratory, Jodhpur, Rajasthan at 10:00 Hrs on the interview dates mentioned above.

Age Limit :

Age not exceeding 35 years for RA & 28 years for JRF as on the date of interview. Age relaxation is allowed up to 5 years for SC/ST/PH and 3 years for OBC candidates. Those candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category are required to produce the original caste certificate issued by the competent authority. Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates should produce the medical certificate issued from the Government Hospital/Medical Board as the case may in support of her/his claim.

Essential Documents :

Candidates are required to produce original certificates/ testimonials related to age, educational qualification and experience at the time of interview. Candidates are also required to submit the photocopy of the documents related to age, educational qualification and experience. Candidates are also required to produce copy of published research papers and thesis at the time of interview, in case, if applicable.
