Applications from desirous Bona-fide Himachali candidates on prescribed proformaare hereby invited for filling up 66 Nos. Posts of various categories (21 Nos. of Para Pump Operator, 9 Nos Para Fitter and 36 Nos. Multi Purpose Worker) against posts made available to this Division vide Engineer-in-Chief, Jal Shakti Vibhag, Jal Shakti Bahawan, Shimla office letter No. JSV-ES-III-D.W. Manpower-Vol.V/2023- 6059-6063 dated- 15.01.2024 and Superintending Engineer, JSV Circle, Hamirpur vide letter No. JSV- HMR-SE-ES-EA-II-E-Para Worker/2024-11409-12 dated-19-01-2024. The applications should reach in this office on or before 05-02-2024 before 05:00 P.M. positively. The applications received after due date or found incomplete will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason. The Department will not be responsible for delay in receipt of applications due to any reason whatsoever.

Essential Qualification :

Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Flectrician/Wireman/ Diesel Mechanic Pump Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator cum Mechanic/Mechanic (Motor Vehicle)/ Pump Operation-cum-Mechanic/Pump Operation and Maintenance from a recognized ITI or matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development scheme of the Government
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI or matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development scheme of the Government.
Multipurpose Workers	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of middle pass (8th) and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the State Government.

Age Limit :

The age limit for applicant shall be >18 years and <45 years.

Essential Documents :

(i) Legitimate proof of age,
(ii) Proof of income in case of BPL candidate, issued not later than six months,
(iii) Proof of educational and technical qualifications,
(iv) Certificate of Bonafide Himachali,
(v) Character certificate issued not later than one year
(vi) Experience certificate in the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPPWD/ PSUs/ or outsourcing agency providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag.

General Instructions:-

It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short listing/eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than that the numbers of post.
The short listing/eligibility will be based upon the documents submitted and the shortlisted candidates will have to undergo an skill/ physical Test.
If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post, separate application for each post needs to be submitted.
The candidate will be called for Skill/ Physical test separately.
The original certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.

Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attached detailed mark sheet of middle standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned Education Boar the detailed marks certificate from the principal of the school needs to be attached. Evaluation criteri and short listing (if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the Middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.
