As an initiative under the Himachal Pradesh Power Sector Development Program aided by the World Bank, Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL) invites application from ELIGIBLE FEMALE CANDIDATES for undergoing one year apprenticeship training (without any extension whatsoever) in the Discipline/ trades mentioned below:

Essential Qualifications :

Electrical	Full time B.E./ B. Tech, (Electrical) and B.E./ B. Tech. (Electrical & Electronics) from a recognized University / Institute of India
Civil	Full Time Degree in Civil Engineering discipline from a recognized University/Institute of India
Human Resource	Full time graduate (HR/Personnel) from a University/Institute of India
Finance & Accounts	Full time CA/ ICWA/ M.Com / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/ Institute. Candidates with M.Com/ MBA (Finance) should have also passed B.Com at Graduation Level
Law	Full Time Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute

Age Limit:

The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum will be 30 years as on 01.01.2024. (Relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PWDs/ PAFs of HPPCL)

Stipend:

Rs. 9000/- Per Month.

Bachelor accommodation will be provided in projects, subject to availability only. Apart from monthly stipend as described above, no other monetary or non-monetary benefits such as HRA, Conveyance, Medical Facility etc. shall be admissible to Apprentices.

Selection Criteria:

There will be no interviews. The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit list formed on the basis of marks secured in Matriculation examination (10th), 12th or ITI Course/ Diploma and essential qualification of the trade, as per following details:

Weightage of Marks obtained in Matriculation: 20%
Weightage of Marks obtained in 10+2 or Diploma (In case of both, whichever is higher): 20%
Essential Qualification: 60%

The eligible candidates can submit their application onapprentice2024@hppcl.in by attaching the scanned application form on or before closing date of the application i.e. 10th March, 2024. No other means/ mode of application shall be accepted.
