Educational Qualification :

1. Advertisement Designeri) 10+2 from a recognized Board/University.
ii) At least one year certificate course in Graphic Designing from any DOAEC (NIELIT) Accredited/recognized institute.
iii) Should be familiar with commonly used Graphic Design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw and Page Maker etc.
iv) At least two years experience of working in a newspaper/advertisement agency as graphic designer.
2. Artisti) Matric or its equivalent from a recognized University or Board.
ii) Must possess 03 years experience of acting in Drama, Music, Dance, Songs and playing on musical instrument under Govt./Semi Govt./Registered Cultural Organizations.
3. Mountaineering Supervisori) Bachelor‟s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
ii) Certificate course in Basic, Advance and Method of Instruction courses in mountaineering from recognized Institution of Mountaineering.
4. Trekking Guidei) Matric or its equivalent from a recognized Board /University.
ii) Should have done Basic and advance courses in Mountaineering from a recognized Institute.
5. Mining InspectorB.Sc. Degree in Science with Geology or its equivalent from a recognized University.
6. Laboratory Techniciani) 10+2 with Science or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/University.
ii) Should possess a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from an Institution duly recognized by the HP/Central Government.
OR
B.Sc. Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized University or from an Institution duly recognized by the HP Govt./Central Government.
iii) Must be registered with the Himachal Pradesh Para Medical Council

9. Senior Scientific/ Technical AssistantMaster Degree in any branch of Science or M.Sc./MA (Geography with Remote Sensing and GIS specialization) from any recognized University Institution/Organization.
OR
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/B.Tech. from a recognized University by the Central/HP Govt. or Diploma in Engineering with five years of Experience in related field from any reputed University/Institution/Organization.
10. Data Entry Operatori) 10+2 from a recognized University or Board.
ii) Should possess a minimum speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi Typing and 30 words per
minute in English Typing.
iii) Should have basic knowledge of Computer Operation with One Year Diploma in Computer
application/Training.
Provided that the knowledge of operation of computer and typewriting shall be essential for recruitment.
11. Electriciani) Should have passed Matriculation examination or its equivalent from recognized Board / University. and;
ii) Must possess ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrician.
12. Steno Typisti) Should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized Board of School Education.
ii) Must possess the following speed in Short-hand and Typing on computers in both the language i.e. English & Hindi at the time of initial appointment :-

Speed in shorthand :English = 60WPM, Hindi=60WPM
Speed in Typing on Computer : English=25WPM, Hindi =25 WPM
iii) Should have the knowledge of word processing in computer as prescribed by the recruiting
authority

(ii) Degree or Diploma in the trade of Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Aeronautical or Marine Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized University or an Institution duly recognized by the Government of India or the State Government.
24. Junior Engineer (Civil)(i) Should have passed Matric or 10+2 Examination or its equivalent from recognized Board of School Education/University.
(ii) Regular full time Diploma in Civil Engineering (03 years) or B.E./B. Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or from an Institution duly recognized by the Central or State Government.
25. LibrarianBachelor‟s Degree in Library Science from a recognized University.

Bachelor‟s Degree in any stream with Diploma of minimum one year duration in Library Science
or Library & Information Science from a recognized University/Deemed University.
Provided that Matriculation and 10+2 must be passed from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh.

ii) Qualified „A‟ Grade Nurse (Diploma in GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University/Institution.

Mode of Selection : Part-I (Written test of 85 marks)

Part-II (Evaluation of 15 Marks ): Evaluation of 15 marks in respect of shortlisted candidates after qualifying written objective screening test/ subjective tests and skill tests/physical/practical tests, if any, will be carried out as per the following criteria:-
