Jal Shakti Division Baggi Para Cook And Para Helper Recruitment 2025 -In pursuance to the approval conveyed vide Deputy Secretary (Jal Shakti) to Govt. of Himachal Pradesh letter No.JSV-A F(1)-1/23 dated 23-10-2024 and further circulated by the Engineer-in-Chief Jal Shakti Vibhag Shimla 5, letter No. JSV-ES- III-Manpower-Para Cook/Helper/2022-4414-99 dated 04-11-2024 for engagement of Para Cook and Para Helper afresh on honorarium (at the rate of Rs. 9000/- per month for Para Cook and Rs. 5500/- for Para Helper) and the working hours of incumbents shall be six hours per day. The application forms of desirous candidates on prescribed Proforma are invited for filling up the posts of Para Cook and Para Helper under Jal Shakti Division Baggi, on the terms and condition as per norms of Para policy of Jal Shakti Vibhag.

Essential Qualifications :

Para Cook	The candidate should have passed matriculation examination from the board/ University recognised by the H.P/ Centre Govt. and should posses at least six months. diploma form Food Craft institutes
Para Helper	The candidate should have passed matriculation examination from the board/ University recognised by the H.P/ Centre Govt

Eligibility :

Only such candidates shall apply for the post of Para Cook and Para helper:-

Citizen of India.
Bonafide Himachali.
Having sound Mind.
No family member of the candidate(s) should be in any kind of Govt./PSU/Board job.
Have never been involved in any act of criminal nature.
Medically fit to perform duties
Permanent resident of the concerned Jal Shakti Circle.

Documents to be attached with application forms

Attested/self attested copies of (i) Legitimate proof of age (ii) Proof of BPL Family in case of BPL candidate issued not later than six months (iii) Proof of Education and Technical qualification (iv) Certificate of Bonafide of Himachal (v) Certificate and experience (if any) of the related field (vi) Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) (vii) EWS category certificated issued by the competent authority should not be older than six months

General Instructions:-

It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short listing/eligibility criteria shall be applied in case the application received are much more than the numbers of posts advertised.
The merit list will be prepared based upon the documents submitted and the shortlisted candidates will have to undergo Skill/Physical Test as applicable.
If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post, separate application for each post needs to be submitted if their qualification(s) permit.

How To Apply :

The application should reach in the office on or before 18th Jan 2025 by 5:00 PM the applicant should mention clearly the post which he/she has applied on the envelop. The application received after due date or found incomplete will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason. The department will not be responsible for delay in receipt of application due to any reason whatsoever. The number of posts as mentioned below may increase or decrease.
