The application should reach in the office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Shahpur on or before 08.01.2025 before 05.00 PM. positively. The application received after last date or found incomplete will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason. Educational Qualifications :

Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrician /Wireman/diesel mechanic/Pump mechanic/Motor mechanic/Pump operator cum mechanic/ Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) from a recognized ITI OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Government. Knowledge of custom, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh is desirable. Income certificate and the candidates who belongs to schedule case, Schedule Tribe, Other Backward Classes and EWS category submit their category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter from a recognized ITI. Knowledge of custom, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh is desirable. Income certificate and the candidates who belongs to schedule case, Schedule Tribe, Other Backward Classes and EWS category submit their category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
Multipurpose Workers	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle Pass (8th) and its equivalent from School duly recognized by the State Government. Knowledge of custom, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh is desirable. Income certificate and the candidates who belongs to schedule case, Schedule Tribe, Other Backward Classes and EWS category submit their category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)

Attested/self attested copies of date of birth certificate, Academic Qualification certificate and bonafied certificate Charactercertificate
A valid certificate of BPL issued by the competent authority.
A certificate of experience, if any issued by the competent authority

Experience for the post of Para Fitter/Para Pump Operator and Multipurpose Workers:

Experience in the related field of IPH/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs or outsourcing agency providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. A certificate issued by the EE (JSV) is required (Related field for Pump Operator is operation and maintenance of pumping machinery allied electrical installation of Rural Water Supply scheme/Irrigation scheme.Related field for Para Fitter is maintaining the village piped water supply infrastructure of distribution system of Rural Water Supply scheme/Irrigation scheme.

Skill Test

Para Pump Operator

Minor repair of Pumps, basic knowledge of locate faults or damages, replacement of defective parts and sets them in position.
Knowledge of test pressures, leakage etc. to make necessary adjustment and observation of performance for appropriate yield of water.
Knowledge of pumps installation at side and connect to motor, basic alignment of pump to motor and tools i.e. spanner & keys etc.
Ability to locate faults in electric system and motor.
Ability to dismantles or partly dismanties and remove damaged or worn out part and its replacement, greasing and oiling of moving parts.
The knowledge of pump lubrication and cooling system,
The ability to operate regulating valve and control mechanism of pumping system.

Para Fitter

Ability to repair water supply pipeline, attend its leakage, adding new connection or abandoning defunct.connection.
The basic knowledge of pipe fitter its sizes, operation and maintenance.
Ability to cut threads on pipes using ratchet and die set, fitting of specials on pipes using basis tools.
Knowledge of basic operation involved in managing in village water supply infrastructure, pipe distribution layout and techniques of flow regulation to ensure equitable distribution of water in hilly terrain.
Knowledge of tools used for pipe fitting and its operating skills.
Behavioral skill in handling grievances. Complaints and conflict resolution.

Physical Test

He should be capable to carry tools and pipes in hilly areas.
He should have not any physical disabilities and color blindness.
