In continuation to this office advertisement No. 6493-96 dated 23-01-2024 (Classified) applications form desirous Bona-fide Himachali candidates on prescribed Performa which were invited for filling up 40 Nos. posts of various categories i.e. 11 Nos. of Para Pump Operator, 04 Nos. of Para Fitter and 25 Nos. of Multipurpose Workers and also as per clarification received from the O/o the Engineer-In-Chief, Jal Shakti Vibhag Tuti Kandi Shimla-5 vide letter No. JSV- ES-III-D.W.Manpower-Vol.-VI/2022-416-495 dated 26.04.2024 w.r.t. reservation of posts for Schedule Caste, Other Backward Classes, Schedule Tribe categories and Economically Weaker Section categories, the applications are once again invited for filling up the available posts under Jal Shakti Division Bhoranj. Candidates who have applied against earlier advertisement No.6493-96 dated 23/01/2024 (Classified) need not apply again however they are required to submit the required documents of SC/ST/OBC/EWS category and latest EWS category certificate if they wish to get the benefit of reservation under SC/ST/OBC/EWS category. The latest BPL certificate is required who is already applied/submitted the application to this office for the post of Para Pump Operator and Para Fitter only.

The applications/documents must reach to the office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division Bhoranj before 5.00 P.M. on 03.08.2024. The revised distribution of available posts in Jal Shakti Division Bhoranj is as below:-

Educational Qualifications :

Para Pump Operator	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrician/Wireman/Diesel Mechanic/ Pump Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator-cum- Mechanic/Mechanic (Motor Vehicle)/Pump Operation & Maintenance from a recognized ITI or Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trade under Skill Development Scheme of the Government
Para Fitter	The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITI Certificate in the trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI/Institute or Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trade under Skill Development Scheme of the Government
Multipurpose Workers	The Candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle (8th) pass or its equivalent from School duly recognized by the State Government

Age limit:-

18 to 45 years as on 03.08.2024.

The number of Posts may increase or decrease depending upon Vacancy position on the last date of Skill/Physical Test.

Essential Documents :

Attested/self attested copies of (i) Legitimate proof of age (ii) Proof of BPL Family in case of BPL candidate issued not later than six months (iii) Proof of Education and Technical qualification (iv) Certificate of Bonafide of Himachal (v) Certificate and experience (if any) of the related field of JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs issued by the competent authority or outsourcing agency providing services in H.P.Jal Shakti Vibhag (vi) Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) (vii) EWS category certificated issued by the competent authority not older than six months. (viii) Character certificate issued by the 1st Class Magistrate (ix) 8th standard mark sheet for candidates applying for the post Multipurpose Worker.

General Instructions:

It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short listing/eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than that the numbers of post.
The shortlisted candidates on the eligibility criteria fix by the Government will have to undergo skill/physical Test. The final merit list will be prepared based upon the submitted documents and skill physical test.
If a candidate wants to apply for more than one post, separate application for each post needs to be submitted.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Skill/Physical test separately.
The original certificates/testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation,
The experience certificate issued by any outsource agency of Jal Shakti Vibhag shall be duly countersigned by AE/EE concerned.

Note:-Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attached detailed marks sheet of middle standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned Education Board the detailed marks certificate from the principal of the school needs to be attached. Evaluation criteria and short listing (if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the Middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.
