Essential Qualifications :
| ESM CIK | Initial trade as Clerk (SD) only, Experience of at least 15 yrs service, Competence in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and accounts, should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 17 Jul 2025. |
| Storekeeper | Aretired JCO/OR, Experience of at least 15 yrs service, 10th pass and should not exceed 61 yrs of service as on 17 Jul 2025 |
| Billing Clerk/Sales Attendant | Aretired JCO/OR, Widow/Ward/Dependent, 10th Pass, Competence in MS Word, Excel & Power Point, Preference will be given to individual having experience in CSD, should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 17 Jul 2025 |
| AFD CIK | Aretired JCO/OR, Experience of at least 15 yrs service, 10th pass, Competence in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 17. Jul 2025. |
| CSD CIK | A retired JCO/OR, Widow/Ward/Dependent, initial trade in case of ESM should be Clerk (SD) only with minimum 15 yrs of experience and minimum qualification of Matric Pass with Competence in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and accounts and should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 03 Aug 2025 |
| Server Operator/Veteran Document | Aretired JCO/OR, Experience of at least 15 yrs service, 10th pass, Competence in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Server and should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 17 Jul 2025 |
| Watchman | An Ex-servicemen with at least 15 yrs of service and should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 23 Aug 2025. |
| Wodows/Wards/Dependents | Widows/Wards/Dependents should not exceed 61 yrs of age as on 17 Jul 2025. However, candidates with lower age and higher qualification will be preferred, minimum qualification BA/10+2. The applicant having experience of Computer & Accounts will be given priority and will produce the certificates during screening test. |
Selection Criteria :
| Written Test | 50 Marks for 60 Minutes |
| Practical Test (Adequate Computer Knowledge in MS word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Accounts (Not Applicable for Watchman) | 50 Marks for 30 Minutes |
Written Test and Practical Exam will be conducted on 10 Jul 2025 at 11.00 A.M. Based on the merit of Written and Practical Exam selected candidates will be called for Final interview on 12 Jul 2025 at 11.00 A.M
- The employment will be purely contractual in nature based on contract. The selected individual will undergo 89 days of initial probation from the dt of joining. If the individual is found fit for the appointment, the individual will be employed for 11 months and 25 days which includes 89 days probation period.
- Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen/Widow/Wards/Dependents.
- Please note that candidate who is applying for the job must have registered with Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO) with valid Registration No of AWPO
