Educational Qualifications :

Canteen Manager	A retired Col/Lt Col/Maj with minimum qualification as graduate and applicant should not exceed 62 yrs of age as on 12 Sep 2024.
Asst Mgr-cum-Accountant	Initial trade as Clerk (SD) only, Experience of at least 15 yrs service, Competence in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and accounts, should not exceed 59 yrs of age as on 12 Sep 2024.
ESM ClK	Initial trade as Clerk (SD) only, Experience of at least 15 yrs service. Competence in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and accounts, should not exceed 59 yrs of age as on 01 Jan 2025.
Data Entry Operator/AFD CIK.	A retired JCO/OR, Experience of at least 15 yrs service, 10th pass, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point should not exceed 59 yrs of age as on 12 Sep 2024
Cashier-cum-Clk	. A retired JCO/OR, Widow/Ward/Dependent, initial trade in case of ESM should be Clerk (SD) only with minimum 15 yrs of experience and minimum qualification of Matric Pass with Competence in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and accounts and should not exceed 59 yrs of age as on 12 Sep 2024
ESM Billing Cik/Salesman/Saleswoman	A retired JCO/OR, Widow/Ward/Dependent, 10th Pass, Competence in MS Word, Excel & Power point preference will be given to individual having experience in CSD, should not exceed 59 yrs of age as on 12 Sep 2024.
Account Clk	Initial trade as Clerk (SD) only with minimum 15 yrs of experience and minimum qualification of Matric Pass with Competence in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and accounts and should not exceed 59 yrs of age as on 12 Sep 2024.
Storekeeper	A retired JCO/OR, Experience of at least 15 yrs service, 10th pass and should not exceed 59 yrs of service as on 12 Sep 2024
Chowkidar-cum-Helper/Porter	An Ex-servicemen with at least 15 yrs of service and should not exceed 59 yrs of age as on 12 Sep 2024
Widows/Wards/Dependents	Widows/Wards/Dependents should not exceed 59 yrs of age as on 12 Sep 2024. However candidates with lower age and higher qualification will be preferred, minimum qualification BA/10+2. The applicant having experience of Computer & Accounts will be given priority and will produce the certificates during screening test

Selection Process :

Written Test	50 Marks for 60 Minutes
Practical Test (Adequate Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Accounts) not applicable for Chowkidar-cum-Helper/Porter	50 Marks for 30 Minutes

Written Test and Practical Exam will be conducted on 04 Sep 2024 at 11.00 A.M. Based on the merit of Written and Practical Exam selected candidates will be called for Final interview on 07 Sep 2024 at 11.00 A.M.

The employment will be purely contractual in nature based on contract. The selected individual will undergo 89 days of initial probation from the dt of joining. If the individual is found fit for the appointment, the individual will be employed for 11 months and 25 days which includes 89 days probation period. Preference will be given to Ex-servicemen/ Widow/Wards/Dependents.

. Please note that candidate who is applying for the job must have registered with Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO) with valid registration No. of AWPO.
